We sold our property with Daniel Adams in late 2024 and it was not a positive experience. We initially dealt with Lorraine who seemed lovely, and were told of a housing association they work with who would likely buy our property off market. After some viewing we agreed on a price and all seemed well. However, once the sale was agreed we dealt with Dan and occasionally Neal, both of whom I found to be quite aggressive and rude. One of the reasons we sold to a housing association was for a quicker sale, but Daniel Adams rarely provided updates (and when they did they only seemed to update me on things I our my solicitor had done, never our buyers) and were reluctant to put any pressure on our buyers who seemed to be dragging their feet. They would usually ask me to contact our buyers directly, or on one occasion gave them my mobile number to arrange an appointment with me without my permission. They always seemed shocked when I asked them to make an arrangement on our behalf (eg further viewings). The sale took 6 months to go through, despite being uncomplicated and chain free.
Appalling. I found the tone of Adam's emails to be very unprofessional. I just wanted to arrange a viewing of a property I was interested in and was very keen to put an offer on subject to a successful viewing, and we couldn't even get that far. He wanted to confirm my position with my estate agent along with confirmation of my maximum budget and even queries why he couldn't find my property online- was a lot of unnecessary faf for what would have been a quick viewing/easy sale!
One star too generous.
Very unprofessional company, had a bad experience with them. There was miscommunication from the beginning and mixed messages, not a recommended company to deal with.
