Sold my property through them, was very disappointed with their service, they basically forward your e-mails and the demands of the buyers. Lost money with them, as they tried to convince me of getting a discount to the buyers as they were first time buyers. I did all the viewings, as no one was available. I should have gone to another estate agent or should have done it through purple brick.
