We cannot thank Jane & Merry enough for everything! Having been with pretty much every other estate agent in Oswestry spanning across nearly 3 years, we decided to take one last final punt to sell the property & were recommended Daniel James - if only we had done it sooner!! Selling a house is extremely stressful, the viewings, the offers (& lack of at times!), the constant change in market, trying to please the differing needs of "interested" parties its never ending. We'd lost total faith in the ability of estate agents having truths fabricated, lack of follow up & no drive to even attempt to sell the property... And then in comes Jane, she was an absolute breath of fresh air! She is driven, honest and has worked harder than anyone we have ever tried before. The property had 6 viewings before it was even live on the market!! She kept us informed, avoided time wasters, had our best interests at heart when it came to offers and sale. Weekly calls, regular feedback, monthly updates on sales and what they're doing to promote the property puts them a league above the rest. Likewise Merry has been great they really are a dream team & we cannot thank them both enough for everything they have done for us!
