They have a small team, which means whenever you call them, you get to speak to someone who knows what's going on. They keep you in the loop at all times, sending you data on viewings, online interest and local trends, and are very proactive throughout the sale process. Not the cheapest agents around, but you get what you pay for. A pleasure to work with, and thoroughly recommended.
