Ryder & Dutton were professional from the valuation of our property, negotiation of the sale & completion. They provide you with a realistic valuation of your property & do not over inflate the sale price in order to secure your business like some of the other local estate agents. Laura Chadderton as our Senior Negotiator was fantastic, she kept us updated & informed every step of the way. She worked really hard to secure our selling price from the buyers. Laura was on top of any issues that arose, ensuring the process ran as smooth as possible, even jolting along our buyers Solicitor. Laura Chadderton from the Oldham branch dealt with our sale and purchase. She was really helpful and kept us up to date, letting us know what was going on and when she had chased things up etc. She also replied to emails I sent much later in the evening which I did not expect, but appreciated! Ryan was also very helpful when I called in. All in all, we got a good service from Ryder Dutton, and I always felt like they helped when I called in.

I sold my house with R&D this year & they were great from the start. The pictures were that good I even wanted to keep it. We did go through numerous problems including losing my buyer, which was dealt with ever so swiftly ( I had it sold again within hours) and having extremely slow solicitors from my new buyers however, Laura was there to hand hold all the way through and was a sounding board listening to me complain, cry, swear! But Ryder & Dutton and in particular Laura Chadderton there, has been amazing.
