We accepted an offer which we thought was a cash offer I.e. no borrowing but it turned out a lender was involved. The lenders, via the purchasers solicitor, kept asking odd questions and as we answered one they raised another unrelated question. Ryan from Ryder & Dutton tried to determine why they were being so slow in dealing with the matter. It took 3 months to complete on a terraced property with a very long lease and we can’t understand the reluctance to accept our answers to their questions as they had the deeds etc.Ryan kept on top of the matter and remained very professional throughout. We sold our house with Ryder and Dutton and I would highly recommend them. The whole team were great from start to finish, from the initial valuation (Amy came having done lots of research about prices in the area beforehand), the photographer Chloe was amazing! Georgia did all the viewings and worked her socks off. Laura Chadderton was our negotiator who managed the whole process, she achieved a sale over our asking price and then guided it to complete quickly and without a hitch. She was always contactable, very helpful and a reassuring voice when I was having a wobble. Having seen how much effort Laura put into managing our sale I would never attempt to try and sell a house myself, the price she achieved for us within days of our house going on the market means the fee was worth every penny.

Ryder and Dutton were great from the offset, Tony came out to do the evaluation, he was really friendly and answered all our questions. On the day of moving we had many problems with our buyer demanding keys, Laura was literally fantastic throughout, she even offered to speak to me out of hours I needed it, literally went above and beyond.
