Having acquired numerous properties within Oldham, I have dealt with Ryder & Dutton several times, however my latest acquisition was one of my best experiences. As a party to either buying and/or selling a property it is always stressful however on this occasion I was extremely relieved not to have had to go through this. I had the pleasure of dealing with Laura Chadderton, in all honesty, she was fantastic, recommended a local solicitor “North Ainley”. Having also completed an acquisition earlier 2019 which had been extremely painful and difficult this experience was a massive relief. So made this an exceptional experience for me.. was the customer facing ethos shown by Laura, kept me posted/ updated with information/ due dates, what was required, what the holdups were etc. Nothing was too much even when things were a bit delayed from the sellers side and I was pushing to complete before Christmas, Laura advised against this, correct advice. I would like to say a massive thank you to Laura and would also add that she is a massive credit to Ryder & Dutton.
