Sold my house with Ryder and Dutton Oldham, and although I was in a very large chain which didn’t go smoothly , I was constantly updated by Laura Chadderton at the Oldham branch. she tried to help where ever she could and we got there in the end. Whilst under a tremendous amount of personal stress Saul from Ryder & Dutton was with us all the way and understood the personal situation. I sold my house with R&D this year & they were great from the start. The pictures were that good I even wanted to keep it. We did go through numerous problems including losing my buyer, which was dealt with ever so swiftly ( I had it sold again within hours) and having extremely slow solicitors from my new buyers however, Laura was there to hand hold all the way through and was a sounding board listening to me complain, cry, swear! She was absolutely brilliant and I couldn’t speak anymore highly of her. Fantastic service!
