We travelled from London, had the viewing booked weeks in advance due to poor flexibility from the agents, we got stuck driving up and was told if we wanted to view the house it would be 10 minutes we could view, shame as we were excited to view and ready to go won’t be going with Ryder and Dutton again

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations.
We would like to clarify that following your initial enquiry on 16th January, we were unable to accommodate your requested viewing date of 28th February, but we did offer a number of alternative options. A viewing was subsequently arranged for 13th March at a mutually agreed time.
On the day, we were informed that you would be arriving 30–40 minutes later than scheduled. Unfortunately, due to other pre-arranged appointments, we were unable to accommodate the delay. We did offer an alternative appointment for the following day, 14th March, however we understand this was not convenient for you.
We always aim to be as flexible as possible and to provide a positive experience for all customers, and unfortunately on this occasion, we were unable to find a suitable time that worked for both parties.
