When buying a house, you don't think so much about the estate agent, you wouldn't buy a house based on who it was for sale through, which is a shame as the staff at Northwood are utterly superb. I'd always been led to believe that estate agents were not the most trustworthy of people, I was very wrong. Throughout the difficult process of sorting a mortgage and buying a house, Lindsay has been ever so helpful and has put up with my incessant badgering about when I would get to move and what was happening with my purchase. I have been kept better informed by Northwood than I have from my own solicitor. Patience is something that they have in spades.
