We have had a great experience with Joan and Jo from Brockenhurst Estate Agents in Oakley. Joan really listened to what we were looking for and was able to suggest some lovely houses to view that might suit us. We are now in the process of buying one that she brought to our attention. Jo provided excellent support once our offer was accepted and guided us through the buying process. She was always happy to answer any and all questions we had which was wonderfully reassuring.

Brockenhurst Estate Agents in Oakley we used to view a bungalow in Kennet Way Oakley. The viewing was made with a friendly professional approach. Joan ( the agent) turned up spot on time and introduced herself. She showed us around with knowledge and we were not rushed. We were contacted the next day for an update of the viewing. We made an offer on the bungalow in respect of us selling our property. Hannah ( the manager ) kepted us updated at all times. We asked for another viewing which was arranged promptly and again with a friendly service. Unfortunately there was another buyer as we had not sold ours. We received a call a couple of weeks later to say the bungalow was back on the market. We had now sold ours and found a new build. Hannah and Joan were very approachable and friendly on the telephone and in person. I would definitely use the Oakley branch in the future and recommend them. Primarily dealt with Samantha Roper , brilliant response, very good communication skill, very altruistic and ack’ed my emails so swiftly when necessary. Agents got very good bunch of very talented and experienced staffs. So far so happy as a home owner. Thank you for your continuous supports and services.

Listed with Brokenhurst after finding a house they were selling that we liked. Photos, EPC and floorplan was prompt and done by an external company. After our house was on the market we had a viewing, brilliant! After being promised a particular estate agent to do the viewing; we had to do the viewing ourselves! This was an inconvenience as we specifically went for an estate agent who deals with this. If I knew it was going to be the case I would have gone with Purple bricks, saved myself 5k and still done the viewings myself. This issue repeated for further viewings from our buyer And again when it came to our open day we were given a different estate agent to the one we were promised - so had to waste more time explaining and showing our house to another estate agent. Communication was another disappointment. We were dealing with an agent who left the company overnight and failed to store our information and send off very important forms. We thought we’d lost our sellers! Furthermore, the for sale sign ok the house we bought from brockenhurst didn’t get changed to sold until I chased a long time after. Lots of unnecessary stress which nobody needs. We will not recommend and will definitely think twice about buying through brockenhurst in the future.
