Had an all around amazing experience buying a house with Brockenhurst. From the very start when we viewed the house, Andy stood out as very knowledgeable and helpful. Moving forward he was always a phone call away and kept us up to date throughout the whole process - often before even our solicitor. We felt genuinely supported and cared for, and he had a positive and energising attitude the whole way through. They paid a lot of attention to the small details that made the process go even smoother. We will definitely be using them in the future if we ever plan to sell.

When Conor came to offer us advice about home improvements ahead of putting our house on the market, and provide our valuation, he was very personable, helpful and professional. We felt we were given suitable advice regarding when and how to market our home, and were delighted that it sold after a single open day. Conor has been very kind and diligent following up with us throughout the process leading up to exchange and completion, and we have felt supported by him, and Andy and Karen. It has been great having a local agent within the village, which we are sure has helped to provide a better service. We also had really good feedback from our buyers, who said that they were accommodated to view our house very promptly, at a time that was convenient for them, and we would definitely recommend Brockenhurst in Oakley to others looking to sell their home in the village
