Money grabbing liars, make things up about how you left the house so they can rinse you of a deposit. Lies and aggression from so called management, landlords and tenants need to avoid this cowboy operation.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Northwood, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. The level of customer service provided by the staff was nothing short of terrible. I strongly advise potential tenants to steer clear of this establishment. From the moment I engaged with Northwood, I encountered a range of issues that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Their customer service team seemed completely disinterested in addressing my concerns or providing any form of assistance. They exhibited a lack of professionalism and a disregard for the needs and concerns of their tenants.

Do not use these agents, since Lucy left the service has been appalling. Communication never happened unless we rang to find out anything!! Thankfully we had better service with David James Carlton, Natasha kept us up to date with everything, even though we brought our new house through them. Don't touch with a barge pole! You've been warned!!!

Rang Northwood on a Thursday requesting to view a property on Rightmove (which had just gone on the market within that hour). I was really interested in this property and they informed me that they were awaiting a date and time from the vendor to arrange the viewings, and therefore took my name and number to call me back. I then rang up again on both Friday and Saturday afternoon and they gave me the same excuse (awaiting for the vendor to allow access to the property). I continued to bug them by ringing again on Monday afternoon (because I was really interested in this property) to be informed that the viewings had already gone ahead on Monday morning and that they had received multiple offers on the property. Yes I'm disappointed I didn't get chance to view the property, but hey ho, if they were fully booked then I can't do anything about that and I accept that. But what actually angers me is that they could have told me on Thursday/Friday or Saturday that they were fully booked, instead, they LIED to me all weekend stating they were awaiting for the vendor to allow access to the property. It shows that this company is lacking in some honesty and integrity values which should be addressed.NegativeProfessionalism

Just had Paul come to view our rental property for outstanding issues with the property including damp and holes in the front of the house, that had all been reported accurately over the years. He was extremely rude to me personally, asked if i was a roofer when trying to describe the fact that the chimney seep water when it rains, when explaining the fence had collapsed, told me that the overgrowth would be down to us. (depsite the fact it was there when we moved in!) Worst than that he had no knowledge of the property, that had everything had been logged over the years and that his only reason for being at the property was not to abuse/accuse me but to see the works that had not been carried out. But the final straw (where I nearly threw him out) was when he said I'll get everything done but the landlord will ask me for a rent review!!! He didn't even know the landlord - so how did he suddenly know the landlord would ask for a rent review, I told him - no he didn't you just did! Rude, unprofessional and money grabbing - when he was supposed to be here to look at repairs that hadn't been done in 4 years Disgusted with you Paul.
