Be very careful when renting from Northwood. Ensure the agents are managing the property and not just finding tenants to collect rent for the landlord. Unfortunately I’ve ended up with an unscrupulous landlord by renting through Northwood. They will keep passing you on to a landlord who refuses to do repairs and they don’t manage the property

Viewing of the property seemed rushed. Move in status of the property (documented in the photos) was not good: broken appliances, mould, carpet not cleaned, water damaged paint, etc. Eventually Northwood addressed some of the main issues (broken washing machine and fridge/freezer). Two stars because Northwood made an effort.

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental agency. I called during a 5-minute break between meetings to inquire about a property, only to be told rudely, "Have you filled in the online form? If not, do that then we'll see if you qualify." I filled out the form shortly after and called back 10 minutes later, hoping for some progress. Instead, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude from the woman on the phone. She said, "If you've only just done it, they won't have looked at it yet. They'll look at them periodically and get in touch if you qualify." The entire interaction made me feel like I was being made to compete for the privilege of even being considered, rather than being treated as a potential customer. The attitude was terrible, the system inefficient, and overall it put me off renting through them entirely. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a rental property, or a landlord looking to utilise their services. They need to improve their customer service and streamline their processes.

Useless arrange an appointment and they come up with useless excuse while I’m waiting to view it don’t bother with these
TERRIBLE! walk in an ask some questions about properties and get made to feel about worthless and judged. Never experienced a woman so rude and it appears all branches of this company are just the same. To be laughed at and looked down upon is disgusting.
