My experience here was great the staff were very efficient and responsive and helped me understand every step of the process. The member of staff I was on contact with was David Pike, who was very efficient and helpful, he told me exactly what I needed to do and when to do it by. I would recommend people to try to get into contact with him.

The place is the most reasonably priced around the city center area with great connectivity and amenities close by. My property manager was William and he has always been quick to respond to any doubts. The condition of my room was good and everything was working fine.

I was faced with a very difficult situation when I need to find a replacement for my tenancy. William was nothing short of amazing and was incredibly helpful throughout this process. Everything went smoothly and we got it sorted in the end.

Danielle the letting agent was very nice and welcoming when showing me around some student properties. My housemates and I found a perfect house with her help. Thanks again :)

At first both me and my housemate had some trouble with our tenancy. However, David Pike was outstanding, he helped us get everything sorted when trouble was faced, really eased the situation with professionalism and kindness.
