Been with the agent quite a few years , and problems I've had in the past haven't been delt with great or at all sometimes ,but since having Bikram take over things are being sorted and Simon the maintenance man has been brilliant,very professional and doesn't stop untill the job is complete and it's nice that some one cares about what he's doing and does the job right ,lovely bloke to talk to and deal with . Nicolas Humphreys keep him on the payroll he's a top bloke who will complete jobs correctly!!
