I didn’t have a very good experience with Nicholas Humphrey’s. I decided not to go through with moving into the property however I found a replacement who I was told signed the new contract. However due to one of the other tenants not signing the new contract I was just subletting my room which I wasn’t made aware of until I looked into it myself. They never chased for the new contact to be signed from the other individual either so that subletting wouldn’t have been the case. Also I didn’t receive my deposit back for two years after I had signed the contract despite chasing them up on this multiple times and being told someone would be in touch the next day which also never happened. I only received my deposit back when threatening to take legal action, which resulted in the deposit being sent to me straight away. I did not have a good experience with this letting company. I would strongly advise not letting with this company.
