08/10/2024: Further update to my last review 5 years ago. I can highly recommend Nicholas Humphreys, Nottingham branch, especially Shelley. She continues to help me with my property, and my fathers too, being proactive in making sure we are one step ahead with any potential repairs, so as not to impact the students too. Thanks Shelley 🙂 Update to my previous review - Shelley has recently joined the team and now manages my property, she has hit the ground running. She keeps me in the loop with regards to works to go on at the house, as well as with the tenants. She liaises with people in the trade for the best quote for me. Really happy she is on the board - Thanks Shelley :) Nicholas Humphreys in Nottingham have looked after two properties for me since they 2013, and I have to say that starting from the top, Jonathan Macdonald through to Will Young, they are a brilliant team. Always responsive to not only my requests, but also the tenants they look after. Thank you guys :D
