this is the first time I've been involved with this letting agent, I was to fit a kitchen arranged by them. Shelley was my go to person, on our initial on site meeting I found Shelley extremely helpful in the planning, and easy to talk to. As the work progressed I needed some questions answered, I was impressed at the speed of my returned calls and messages, even out of office hours seemed to pose no problem at all.
