Does what it says on the tin, a lettings agent that lets places
Even though I decided not to choose their location, they were very quick at responding and Robbie Jacques was helpful with the process.
Not always available. Difficult communication when issues arose
my experience included both good and bad experience. Overall, as a tenant, it was not as bad as other people said. Ill start with the bad things. Professionlism can ber improved. It was going fine until the end of my contract approaches. I understand that the viewing process has to take place to obtain new tenants but when the company calls to try to set up the viewing 4 days a week instead of organising it to be all in 1 day....that shows something I guess. There's this one time that they came for a viewing claming that they already arranged it with me but I had prove they didnt( no record of phone calls and email)-again lack of professionalism. Its kinda true that they will upset you with the loss of deposit. I was charge over 80 pounds for a broken key fob for the garage in which I never got to use( cuz I dont have a car) that meant it was given to me broken in the first place ( I got no prove for this but its my customer experience)- I was charged over 300 pounds after i move out, so expect something like this to happen if you decide to rent of here. Courtney was nice and kind to me while I needed help. The last month of my contract was a stressful time. However throughout the entire rental the repair service was excellent.

Really disappointing experience with Martin & Co Nottingham. We viewed a property on 16th May and placed an offer the following week. We then supplied all the requested supporting documents over the following weeks. Since then, we’ve had to chase them constantly — yesterday we were told someone would call back, but no one did. Weeks later, the offer may not have even been passed on to the seller, due to their insistence on an AIP (Agreement in Principle) for a buy-to-let mortgage with a specified monetary value. Our financial advisor explained that this isn’t standard practice at the offer stage, and even emailed the agent directly offering to speak with them, confirm our eligibility, and provide a formal AIP once the offer was accepted. Despite this, we’ve received no meaningful communication, no updates, and no indication that our offer was handled professionally. We’re still unsure whether it was ever presented. This has been an exhausting and needlessly opaque process. If the owner is reading this, please know: buyers deserve transparency, timely responses, and at the very least, the courtesy of knowing where they stand. We’re experienced investors and are constantly looking for opportunities to expand our portfolio, unfortunately I’d never do business with Martin & Co ever again as it’s a waste of time.
AVOID, they will try to scam you out of your deposit, making ridicilous made up stuff to charge the deposit. This agency should be avoided the Worst one in Nottingham.
