Tracey has been extremely helpful in finding me a property and has gone over and above in some cases to accommodate my situation.

Staff is quite friendly and professional. When shown a property, they had all the required basic information, and followed up on specific questions I asked. I really liked the fact that they did not rush on the move-in date, instead they took some time to ensure the property was fit for purpose. Upon moving in the property, I noticed and appreciated the fact that the flat had been properly cleaned. The only issue is that the allocated parking space is very small to fit most cars.

I have found all the staff at Martin & Co, Nottingham always helpful and polite. I have dealt with Molly recently who has been polite and responded to my emails quickly. Any maintenance issues with my flat are dealt with promptly. MAC maintenance are a bit expensive but I do not have the worry of finding anyone to do the repairs and getting it organised.
