Arranged a veiwing, spoke to member of staff at 12.30pm on the day to see it was still going ahead was told yes,Booked time of work to be at the flat for 3.45pm, was there on time waited 15mins but nobody showed up, I got a call just as I was then going to call the office to see what was going on? A male member of staff said to me the flat had just been let, I said why was I not informed about this only to be told this was the first chance he had to let me know, What a joke this company is stay well clear as they work on a first come first serve bases. -*****

Should be zero stars Arranged a house viewing first day its free to view and as I can only do evenings appointment because I work, half an hour before viewing they ring to cancel as person before me wants it apparently first come first served dosnt matter I was first to call them at 930am and I have to work, I can't speak to a manager as they don't no when he's free and won't give names out.i find their service appalling

Awful. Rude, have not been open during their stated opening hours (even though we phoned ahead) and generally disorganised. Nobody seems to know what is going on and they have been unable to provide basic information. I would not recommend renting through them if you can help it.

Having instructed Belvoir to

Having instructed Belvoir to find me a tenant we agreed a price verbally of 450.00 pounds as a fee including the inventory. When I received the final statement they had charged me over 800.00, saying their fees were 75% of the first months rent, also because my property was let furnished they passed on the extra cost charged to them by the inventory company, when they had told them it was unfurnished. Lastly I'm still waiting for the monies due to me almost a week after the tenants have moved in. Certainly won't be using them again!!!
