I am appalled with this letting agent. We rented a property through them at the start of 2016 and everything was fine. A few months into the tenancy we had one of my parents rabbits visit the property for a few hours whilst they were moving house. Martin & Co appear to stalk their tenants social media profiles, for what reason I cannot fathom and as a tenant, I actually find this EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Martin & Co managed to find a photo of said rabbit, put two and two together and came up with five - aren't they clever? They have now accused us of keeping animals at the property during our tenancy (we haven't) and that we are in breach (we aren't). Martin & Co even deemed it appropriate to go a step further and grab screenshots of our social media profiles as evidence that we have breached our tenancy agreement - well done, NONE of these photos were even taken IN the property?! If you like dealing with a bunch of absolute morons who think it's fine to treat their tenants like dirt, go ahead and use this company. They have since advised our landlord we are keeping pets and told her to serve notice on us, without even investigating this further - no visit to the house to see actual evidence of pets, no phone call to ask us whether we are keeping pets - just straight up serving us notice. We were intending to move closer to my work anyway so being served notice isn't necessarily an issue, but the way Martin & Co have gone about this has been absolutely disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid.

Awful awful awful. They delete negative reviews on Google so don't be fooled by their current rating. In my experience the staff and in particular Matthew and Mike are very very rude. No customer service skills whatsoever. Very unpleasant to deal with. If you want an agent that will bully their way around everything and cause problem after problem then use these. There are far better agents in Norwich, do not make Martin & Co yours. Would give 0 stars if I could.
