Most helpful in my purchase
Andrea McCarthy, and Tony, were both fantastic when I purchased a property via Brown's in Norton. The purchase process was hampered by horrific solicitors. Andrea promptly followed up on issues and communicated everything she knew to try to help. Couldn't recommend these estate agents enough! I'll definitely use them when I come to sell

Andrea McCarthy- absolutely brilliant!
We purchased a property in Norton through Browns. We were impressed by the professionalism, thoroughness, responsiveness and overall communication and quality of service. Throughout the process we've been in contact with only one agent Andrea McCarthy, which was great, ensuring continuity and personalised approach. She also gave us great advice regarding local businesses and support through redecorating the property. She went far and beyond what we've ever expected from a property agent consultant. Over the Moon
Having seen a property that really piqued my interest, I phoned up immediately to make an appointment to view it the same day. I loved the house and made an offer the following day only for it to be accepted within an hour. I was fortunate to complete in just 7 weeks and the courtesy and professionalism from Andrea was second to none, keeping me involved every step of the way. A great service throughout and highly recommended.
