Property that I bought
I would just like to say that I was very impressed with the services I got from Browns Norton when speaking about the house I bought. Andrea is a lovely person, who was very prompt with her service and always happy to help me and made the process a hundred per cent better, I would definitely recommend and especially using Andrea as her Communication and Manner is Excellent !!!

Excellent Service
Andrea and Tony at Brown's of Norton Estate Agents provided a great service from start to finish. We were looking at moving to the Norton area and they both worked very hard on finding our ideal property to match our requirements. Photos and knowledge of property were of a very good quality and we visited on a number of occasions which was no problem to them. Communication was very good and Andrea and Tony were always available to answer any questions. We would highly recommend their services.

Sale & Purchase
We used browns for selling and buying our new home. The friendliness of the team were what immediately made them stand out from their competitors. They were informative and helpful, friendly but professional from the get go and sold our property within a few days. We’d seen a property which happened to be up with browns and had our offer accepted the same day. A sale and purchase within a week. Browns kept on top of everything from then on. Our solicitors were absolutely dreadful and made us stressed beyond belief but Browns came to the rescue. I can’t express how much Tony and Andrea helped us with any questions we had and were incredibly patient with us and chased parties involved in the sale and purchase to make everything move quickly and smoothly. They went above and beyond and I can’t recommend and thank Browns enough!
