While I did not end up agreeing a tenancy through Robsons, I am leaving this review because of the absolutely outstanding service I received from James Winter of their lettings team. I was searching for a rental property that would be suitable for a wheelchair user, which is a serious challenge in the current rental climate. However, James was incredibly knowledgeable about the properties Robsons had available, and routinely went above and beyond to try and identify suitable properties for us to view. When other agents in the area wouldn’t even call me back (I was given the impression that trying to help a disabled tenant find somewhere suitable was too much of a time investment for most, when the lettings market is moving so quickly), James regularly called to check in and provide fresh options, and continuously impressed me with his genuine want to help, his knowledge and approachability. For anyone looking to rent in and around the Harrow area, I would strongly recommend James as a letting agent, as he is possibly the best and most helpful in the entire area (I should know, I’ve spoken to most of them)!
