In October 1992 we bought our first property from Oulsnams - we were very pleased with how quickly & smoothly everything went through . By pure coincidence, when we come to purchase our 2nd property 23 years later, it was Oulsnams selling the property that we now call home - the service was just as good. Communication was great and every effort was taken to make the process as easy + quick as possible

The service provided by everyone at Oulsnam Northfield was excellent. Their local presence and knowledge was a vital factor in valuing our property realistically, undertaking accompanied viewings, and in finding potential buyers quickly. Particular mention must go to Luke and Gary who were always professional, courteous, proactive and generally very helpful. We received regular updates and advice, and they even managed to find someone to replace a fence panel that was damaged in high winds. We have no hesitation in recommending this office to other sellers.

Perfect result at a difficult time

We engaged Oulsnams to sell my late mothers house. It needed some renovation, but the agent came up with a pricing strategy which worked exactly as he thought. A sale was agreed in a couple of weeks, but the buyers were slow in getting their finances in place. Oulsnams acted proactively throughout, finding a solicitor for the buyers when there was a problem, pushing to get papers signed etc. They continued to show round other potential purchasers as a back-up to our slow buyers. Through the process, various agents kept my brother and I informed and each were pleasant and professional throughout. They made a difficult time for us easier in this respect..

Oulsnam was very good - they sold our house in 2015. The cost was some £250 more than their competitors - we obtained three quotations - but their valuation of our house was some seven thousand pounds higher. It was necessary to offer a small discount on the house, but we were able to earn several thousand additional pounds by using their services. Additionally, they stayed on top of the progress of the transaction, and helped push it to completion - which, due to the other parties to the transaction, was not hassle free for them. I genuinely believe another estate agent would not have been able to hold the deal together. Thanks Emily!

We decided to relocate so selling our house was left totally in the hands of the Robert Oulsnam Northfield office. They kept us updated about every viewing and the feedback they received.
