Oulsnam was very good - they sold our house in 2015. The cost was some £250 more than their competitors - we obtained three quotations - but their valuation of our house was some seven thousand pounds higher. It was necessary to offer a small discount on the house, but we were able to earn several thousand additional pounds by using their services. Additionally, they stayed on top of the progress of the transaction, and helped push it to completion - which, due to the other parties to the transaction, was not hassle free for them. Living away from Birmingham, I didn't get to met any of the staff, something I do regret. All credit to the Sales staff. Yes, a few viewings, with a number of no shows unfortunately. The property was on the market for just weeks before I accepted an offer, s t c, of course.
