Having used Belvoir's services at the Northampton Office for a number of years, for both letting and selling, I cannot recommend their organisation highly enough. As well as being friendly and efficient, their staff have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful, offering support and advice when needed. In my opinion, they are the very best.... and you wont find a better service anywhere.

Far more efficient than the previous agent I used who would apply additional charges for everything! I just leave Belvoir to look after my property and have the confidence everything is in hand without me having to chase. Belvoir also arranged a replacement bathroom between tenancies with only 7 days of the property being empty which recently impressed me. A company I would recommend to everyone.

I have used Belvoir for managing my two properties in Northampton for several years and they been excellent in every respect. Recently I sold one of the houses and used them as the selling agent. For various reasons the sale was not an easy one but they handled it with the utmost professionalism and skill, overcoming many obstacles and always keeping me informed at every stage until the house was sold.

I have found Belvoir letting agents the best letting agents I have used so far. They are a well organised company and have always reminded me of upcoming compliance events before they happen. E.G. Gas safety check. They are friendly and reliable and I always receive correspondence via email with any questions I have. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should I need to without hesitation. I would have given five stars but I believe the one thing that could be improved a little bit is to remember that they are the landlords representative and not the tenants. Although I realise they probably are "piggy in the middle" between landlord and tenant, I had an issue with a pet being in the property against my wishes. Although they would have enforced the pet removal they sided with the tenant and said "Its only a hamster" Apart from that they have been brilliant.
