He came over on time to view the property and immediately identified what we did and did not need to do. He wasn't pushy or salesy at all, which we really appreciated. His knowledge of what was legally required and how to go about ensuring it was all complete was very good. He then sent a quote for all work to be done within a day and then just got on and did it! The next thing we knew, he had tenants lined up, certificates sorted and all the outstanding work complete. Incredibly efficient property management and helped massively reduce our workload, which was important because we were not in the area to be more hands-on. Used Belvoir to rent my property out when I was away with work. It was a little over a year. They were great. They did inspections regularly and selected the correct tenants for me. The tenants respected my property however I had mistakenly said all was well and to give back deposit only to find my bath plug was broken not half hour later. Called them, they send a plumber immediately to fix the bath plug at no expense to myself. It was my mistake and they didn't have to do that, they will give that but extra on customer services that I feel many wouldn't. Thanks, highly recommended

been Tennant's of Belvoir a year now and really appreciate their service. it's clear they always strive to do their best for your well being. Case in point our oven broke and after a post on the fixflo site they sent someone out to fix it as soon as they could. the contractor they sent was great and we now have hot meals again thanks guys

Richard Baker has first-class knowledge of the area and gives no-nonsense factual advice when it is required. I bought a rundown flat in Northampton and Belvoir advised on refurbishment recommended good value suppliers and even dealt with final snagging using their own contractors all of immense value to me as I am based in London.
