I have found Belvoir letting agents the best letting agents I have used so far. They are a well organised company and have always reminded me of upcoming compliance events before they happen. E.G. Gas safety check. They are friendly and reliable and I always receive correspondence via email with any questions I have. I would highly recommend them and would use them again should I need to without hesitation. I would have given five stars but I believe the one thing that could be improved a little bit is to remember that they are the landlords representative and not the tenants. Although I realise they probably are "piggy in the middle" between landlord and tenant, I had an issue with a pet being in the property against my wishes. Although they would have enforced the pet removal they sided with the tenant and said "Its only a hamster" Apart from that they have been brilliant.

We have used Belvoir over the last 4 years to rent out a flat in Northampton. We have found them to be always available & professional in their handling of the property & the tenants that we've had over the period. We have also been regularly appraised of any changes to the law as it might affect us as landlords which we know not all Agents have taken the trouble to do. Couldn’t explain to me why they took £150 off my deposit to put a shower door back on runners and clean the outside of a skylight. Not the worst letting agency in Northampton, but certainly not the best.
