My property needed a significant amount of work to get it up to scratch for renting out - Richard organised all of the quotes, oversaw the work and had the property rented out, all within 2 months. Communication has been timely and relevant; as someone who is living overseas, I have the utmost confidence that my property will be well looked after and that compliance issues will be taken care of.
