I can see that things obviously did not go as you expected and I have followed this up with Craig who informs me that our sales director was involved with you property and in fact the mutual agreement to terminate the contract early was discussed and agreed by him. You raise some good points and I will be looking into these further to see what extra training can be provided to make sure we provide our exceptional service to all our customer and clients.
