Rayan Dool was a God send of a Lettings Agent. A property (with anothe agency) that we placed an offer on unfortunately fell through (landlord's part). We contacted Martyn Gerrard and spoke to Rayan Dool, who promptly lined up of viewings based on our requirements. All the viewings Rayan had arranged were based on all of our requirements. Rayan did not persuade us or push us into viewing any properties that didn't suit. After a second viewing slot, we found a property, which came highly recommended by both Rayan and also a colleague in the Finchley Central Branch (who when she realised Rayan had already booked us to view the property, let Rayan proceed but was very encouraging about the property, which was helpful). As soon as Rayan showed us round the final property, we knew he had found the perfect property for us. Rayan left us to make a decision but made himself available to answer all our questions. It has been a pleasure liaising with Rayan and this has made the process of finding a new home stress free. Martyn Gerrard should be very proud of having Rayan on its team. He is a great asset to his team and profession.
