We just wanted to say how impressed Gary and I have been with the advice and service you have given us since we ditched our old very annoying letting agent and gave our property to you.
We gave you the property on a Tuesday and it was rented by the Friday to the first Couple who came to see it, they then paid the deposit whilst still on the drive!!
We will have no hesitation in giving you more of our property empire as and when we buy it!!

Big is not always beautiful. In the case of Estate and letting agents, the people one deals with make all the difference. I have worked with Houseman Properties on several occasions. I thoroughly recommend Coast and Country, in particular the Newton Abbot branch. Nice people, and both efficient and effective. Although a first sale fell through, they found me a second buyer was within days, and the whole process from remarketing through to completion happened in just over 9 weeks. The follow through helping me to resolve questions from the buyer, their surveyor, and their solicitors was second to none.
Great estate agent, made you feel at ease, talked through every step and kept in contact.
Dealt with matters immediately, sales brochure clear and colourful, respectful to property during these times following all measures in place during pandemic.
