I have been highly impressed with the Red Squirrel lettings department and its team from the outset. Everyone has been very friendly and extremely helpful and have always been very quick to respond to any questions that I had. The concept of being sent an online video viewing of the property prior to a physical viewing is a great idea, as many of the questions that you may have about the property are already answered prior to the viewing. Having been tenants of the Island's largest estate agency for the last ten years, where as tenants we felt that we were always treated as being second class citizens, Red Squirrel Property Shop have been a breath of fresh air and have made us feel very welcome as clients. Everyone who works here is lovely, and genuinely cares about providing quality service. The house I rented through them is gorgeous, and fully up to code with 50 odd inventory images as proof.
