There were a lot of issues with the lower part of our chain, but Red Squirrel agents Liam and Adam were able to contact other Estate Agents and keep us updated with information. Towards Completion Abi kept us updated. Very impressed with the Welcome Box, especially the AO voucher, which will be used.
