I used Red Squirrel to manage two flats over the past year. They have been timely and effective in finding good tenants, as well as when one tenant left at the end of the tenancy. More importantly, given the properties were old and needed a lot of repairs (with the seller actually leaving them in a worst state than expected), Red Squirrel dealt with this rather tiresome list of repairs in stride and with a lot of patience, which would otherwise be very hard for me to handle from far away.

Red Squirrel were amazing throughout our house buying process, as first time buyers we were totally new and didn’t know what to expect. The Red Squirrel team were always prompt, helpful and friendly helping us every step of the way. We were surprised by a welcome gift from both Red Squirrel and the vendor, plus the little red squirrel key chain they gave us on our keys really made the experience special.
