From the very first meeting, Charlie was friendly, honest and committed to helping us sell my Grandfather's property. Communication was excellent via phone and/or email, and they were very responsive. Each & every member of staff I spoke to was friendly & efficient ~ big shout out to Alex who was just brilliant and genuinely seemed to have our best interest in mind. Also Clarice and Karen, who were just lovely on the phone, and always responded positively to my calls.
