Awful customer service. Me and my partner wished to rent a flat with red squirrel property shop- the employees were unhelpful and predudice on account of our age although we are both young adults who work professionally full time with a large amount of savings. They refused to take us seriously and begrudged every move we made. Unless you are middle aged, middle class and horribly predudice yourself, I would never recommend this agency. (The 5 star reviews on this page are made by employees of the shop itself)
Reply from Red Squirrel Property Shop - Newport: I am sorry you feel the way you have above. I would like to stress that your claims are unjustified and incorrect.
When selecting a tenant we put each and every case to the landlord and THEY make the decision on who to go with not us. We rent to all ages at all different types of properties.
We look forward to assisting you in future property transactions.
Kind regards,
Stuart - Red Squirrel Property Shop
