Speedy agents

Sheena dealt with my purchase. She was very professional and made me feel at ease during the viewing. Everything went quickly, although the seller pressurised me into speeding the process up, when it was the mortgage lender slowing everything down. The house that i purchased also went so quickly, that it never had a for sale sign put up. It was only on rightmove for a few days. One thing was that the recommended conveying company switched the assigned conveyor mid-purchase for no given reason, and the one who took over, didn't know what documents had been sent to me, so I didn't get all of the information until the agreed day of exchange of contract. This also meant that I was unable to negotiate on things that I would've wanted, namely the electricity certificate without delaying the exchange of contracts, and by this time, the seller was already unhappy with me delaying the process earlier, so I had to bite the bullet and continue. But Sheena and the conveyor did contact me to make sure that I was happy, So I can't fault the agent.
