I viewed a house but despite bidding wasn't fortunate enough to get it. I called Sheena and told her to call me if the sale fell through. Lucky for me it did, Sheena contacted me and after some tough negotiation I managed to get my offer accepted. I was kept well informed throughout the sale and all questions were answered. On the day of exchange the worst happened, the banks crashed. I had now sold my house but my funds were in cyber space. I had vans full of all my possessions outside my new house. The developer refused to allow me in, even to put things in the garage. Sheena and Philip without hesitation let me use a storage container of theirs at no cost. Whilst unloading Sheena even provided some well needed drinks from her pub. Sheena even went as far as securing us a property to stay in over the weekend.
