We've just let out our property through Mansons, Nick and his team have given us a professional, friendly, quick and first class service. We bought a property from them a few years back and wouldn't hesitate to use them again and definitely recommend them.

The company has handled two sales on my behalf. In both cases, Mansons were extremely professional in their approach. Advice was given sympathetically but realistically. Any issues raised were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Gav Younger in particular was very good at his job. Personable yet very much on the ball. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mansons again.

Great property, friendly & helpful staff. Me and my friend recently rented a property from Mansons. I am a professional and my friend is a final year student, we mainly dealt with Elena who was extremely helpful and kind to us. Mansons were very quick and prompt with delivering everything we needed and also provided a check in to the property where we were shown any minor maintenance problems that were due to be fixed (door handle replacement and loose light fitting was about as bad as it got.) The property is of a very high standard and is a great value for money. We are happy to be renting the property under such a great Estate Agents.

Can't fault Mansons service

Can't fault Mansons service at all - queries were dealt with promptly by all the members of the team we spoke to, always courteous and arrived promptly for all visits to the property. Nothing was too much trouble for Gavin who rushed through some paperwork so we could get the keys as soon as possible, especially as this was also during the busy student letting period. The offices are modern and clean and they also do a nice cuppa! Have now dealt with Mansons on a couple of occasions over a number of years and would not hesititate to use them again.

Just rented a flat in Jesmond

Just rented a flat in Jesmond through this company, dealt with Gav and Nick, helpful, friendly and proffesional, made my first experince of renting a property very easy. Bonus is they manage the property so don't have to deal with the landlord.
