Firstly Mr Manson came out to our property and spent a long time with us discussing the property and the service that Manson's could provide. The fact that the owner of the company takes time to see us, as prospective clients was, to us, a plus. Our subsequent dealings with Elena Verrell, in the lettings team, proved to be extremely pleasing. She was also most helpful in recommending various tradesmen, who proved to be efficient, reliable and courteous. So far, everthing as promised has come to fruition.

Outstanding service from all who work at Mansons with special credit to Elena. I found them to be extremely efficient, very thorough and of course approachable. Elena was very welcoming from the first time I spoke with her, as were the rest of the team in the office when I went to sign the tenancy. Elena thoroughly explained the letting procedure to me and provided me with constant support via email (and at the end of the telephone if required!). From choosing our property to collecting the keys, Mansons never took their eye off the ball; even informing us the carpets were being cleaned and the painters were in! I would highly recommend them to tenants and landlords alike and I firmly believe Mansons are by THE best agent in the North East! I have dealt with several agents in the past and not one of them has provided service, care and attention like Mansons.

Great property, friendly & helpful staff. Me and my friend recently rented a property from Mansons. I am a professional and my friend is a final year student, we mainly dealt with Elena who was extremely helpful and kind to us. Mansons were very quick and prompt with delivering everything we needed and also provided a check in to the property where we were shown any minor maintenance problems that were due to be fixed (door handle replacement and loose light fitting was about as bad as it got.) The property is of a very high standard and is a great value for money. We are happy to be renting the property under such a great Estate Agents.
