Professional and Friendly

It's the first time for my wife and I in the UK, and Alexi from Mansons helped us a great deal - both with explaining the documents we needed to go through and with answering the many questions that we had. As a bonus, he is a very friendly and fun person to talk to! I also met with Jonathan, who showed me the property (which we ended up living in), and was very friendly and helpful. In general, I was given the feeling that Mansons have a professional, trustworthy team, with excellent service and attitude towards their costumers.

Very fast and efficient

Went to view a flat to rent and liked it. I rang to let them know I liked it and check they would accept my dog. Within 48 hours they had checked with landlord about my dog and all references were back. They emailed me straight away with info on how to pay deposit and what I needed to do next etc and dates were set to sign and collect keys. I've moved a lot and this has been the quickest and most efficient company yet!
