Very unusual to have no complaints about a property letting experience but Mansons have bucked the trend. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff who were always only an e-mail away with any of our queries. We would have a reply within 30mins with information about how they were going to fix the issue. All the affiliated maintenance teams were also friendly and very helpful. We were very fortunate to have stumbled across Manson, as students who are often taken for a ride by manipulative landlords. We chose to go through your agency to find a property and we were looked after by Alexi. He was very helpful and a lovely man to speak to. Not only did he help us with signing for our property and answering any questions we had, but he was also very down to earth and interested in us as individuals, which we thought was brilliant and made us both feel very comfortable.
