Manson’s residential sales and letting consultants and its staff go above and beyond. As a landlord I’ve got to deal with a number of the people at Manson’s face to face, to mention but a few Nick, Deborah, Kirstey, Kelly, Cyndi and Jemma and behind the scenes in maintenance Michael, all doing an exceptional job and making my life that much easier with no worries about my properties.

Of all the estate agents that we dealt with whilst organising our move to Newcastle from Bristol, Mansons was by far the best. Alexi was extremely efficient with regard to organising property viewings and he did a great job of negotiating with our new landlord when we found a property that we liked. The only downside to our experience was the unavailability of electronic document signing software, which meant that we couldn't sign our new contract remotely from Bristol, and a few administrative errors that led to a little extra time being spent on the phone/in the office. Having said that, Mansons were very flexible and accommodating of our needs, and all mistakes were quickly corrected. We would definitely recommend Mansons to prospective renters.

Mansons have been excellent in both renting and selling properties for me. They actively seek buyers or renters, rather than just advertising and sitting back and waiting for someone to come along. They are great at communicating and always return calls or respond to emails quickly. Throughout the sales process Deborah chased solicitors and kept the whole sales process moving, reducing stress levels for me.
