I’ve been trying to arrange a viewing with Belvoir Newcastle- Under- Lyme for the past two months, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Emails have been lost, I’ve been asked multiple times to complete the same questionnaire, and despite booking two virtual viewings, I was never contacted at the agreed times. On one occasion, I received confirmation of my appointment, yet the representative didn’t call and later claimed they would send me a video which never arrived. I’ve also reached out for support in finding other properties, but no one has ever responded. Reading other reviews, I can see my experience is not unusual. The team appears disorganised, communication is very poor, and overall it feels like a waste of time that only causes unnecessary stress. If this is how prospective tenants are treated, I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to deal with them as an actual tenant. I would not recommend Belvoir to anyone.
