Superb

From start to finish these guys have been nothing less than superb. Personally I find moving home quite a stressful experience with all sorts of bumps and turns on the way! From the get go the team we're attentive and informative with everything I needed. Can't really ask for much more but I feel they really did go the extra distance when taking us through the process making sure we fully understood everything in terms of the agreement, but also making sure this was comfortable for us. Every new home you will find will have teething problems or bits and bobs that need sorting. We first moved into our new home with northwoods a few months ago and the response has been amazing. There were a few things in the property that needed sorting and by no means a small or quick job. After speaking to the team they sorted things in a matter of days with no hassle required whatsoever.
