Adding a worded review to answer the below comment to my initial 2 star review. I wont show up on your system as I believe I never got that far. I enquired via telephone about viewing a rental property back in August. I was told the advertised property was not ready yet and that I needed to submit an online request via your website to receive a call back to discuss a viewing, so I did... I never got a call back. Dealing with multiple estate agents during a time when I unexpectantly needed to source a new rental property was frustrating enough, but a complete lack of care with enquiries and a standard reply instructing me to submit an online enquiry - even though I'm speaking to someone either face-to-face or over the phone - seems to be a common thing, hence my 2 star review in this instance because at least someone did answer the phone, just a shame it all fell apart after that.
Seriously we needs somedays to repair the wash macchine !! Seriously regards
Belvoir took over the management of my furnished property from CityPadz. I was assured the handover would be seamless, as Citypadz executives would continue in the new company. However items have gone missing from my home and no-one is taking the blame. I even had a painting, which was hung over the fireplace in the lounge, cut from its frame and Belvoir have been kind enough to send me a photograph of the empty frame! Citypadz checked my inventory on each tenant handover, but apparently it is an optional service with Belvoir. Also, Citypadz provided contents insurance, but Belvoir do not. At subsequent tenant handovers, no-one from Belvoir told me the check was not happening, nor that the insurance was not automatically being renewed. Now I am hundreds, if not thousands of pounds out of pocket, with audio/video items and paintings missing, and my rental company is denying any responsibility.
The worst office, if you want to rent find a better office cuz they will take your money for silly things. In addition they change the period of the tenancy without inform me.

Wouldn't even rate them 1 star. They are a nightmare. Cause stress and anxiety i cant wait till we get out of our property to never have to deal with the incompetent staff again! DO NOT USE THE CHILLINGHAM RD BRANCH. IVE EVEN HAD TO THREATEN THEM WITH TRADING STANDARDS.

Terrible, do not rent with them. We have had a hole in our ceiling for a year now, with another forming and they refuse to come and fix it. Our apartment has become unliveable
Deplorable customer service. Ignoring the tenant requests. Neglecting maintenance and repair. Upon leaving the property, they sent the checkout list, which informed me everything was in good condition and clean. Still, I was then charged a deduction from the deposit for cleaning. Contradiction A lack of understanding and unprofessionalism from the Belvoir team caused an inferior opinion of the company as a whole and ruined the company's reputation. I will not be using it again and strongly recommend avoiding
