Terrible, do not rent with them. We have had a hole in our ceiling for a year now, with another forming and they refuse to come and fix it. Our apartment has become unliveable

Deplorable customer service. Ignoring the tenant requests. Neglecting maintenance and repair. Upon leaving the property, they sent the checkout list, which informed me everything was in good condition and clean. Still, I was then charged a deduction from the deposit for cleaning. Contradiction A lack of understanding and unprofessionalism from the Belvoir team caused an inferior opinion of the company as a whole and ruined the company's reputation. I will not be using it again and strongly recommend avoiding

On behalf of my partner who rented the property. Would be zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrendous company! Really look at the property you are renting because they will hide issues. The damp that appeared was absolutely horrendous and tried over and over again to get maintenance to come out but never got a response. The roof clearly had damage (from the storm) and there was water leaking down walls in 3 of the rooms. Several emails were sent and ignored every time. Bedroom window was broken when moved in and was the only window in the bedroom and were ignored consistently and never fixed. The front door lock didn't work and only had a latch, again never fixed. One day we were in the flat and an agent let themselves in with a key didn't introduce herself or even acknowledge she what she had done. She dropped off a carbon monoxide box that apparently was needed because the one on the wall didn't work. Lived there for 12 months without a working one! Again emailed rang and rang and no response. They also tried to withhold deposit because of a mark on the oven that was there previously because they couldn't find a single other fault. Despicable company DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.

Update: we've moved into our property with multiple issues eg Broken Blinds and window locks still broken reported fix multiple occasions still no one has came to fix our curtains or window which won't open, and your made to feel like burdan for reporting issues and honestly you have to badger them if you need anything done.

EVERY NEGATIVE COMMENT IN THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE. The moment that tenancy agreement is signed they're unprofessional and don't care at all. I can only recall one thing they did without delay and correctly during our tenancy. When we moved in, the majority of stuff in the flat was either cracked, scratched or broken (including the boiler, washing machine and dish washer), half of which they hid from us during the viewing. Trying to get repairs is a joke (you will require many of them as any repairs they actually do carry out are temporary fixes). If you don't have the willingness to persistently call them and basically tell them how to do their job correctly and fairly every single month, you don't stand a chance. Who doesn't love wasting hours of their day calling their letting agent about persistant issues within the property they're having to live in. They over charge for everything with regards to the deposit. When we asked for an invoice for their 'professional' cleaning service that they persuade you to do that cost £300+(you guessed it, it was almost double the original quote they gave us), they sent us a Microsoft Word mock up of an invoice 2 hours later with an address, phone number and company all of which didn't exist. Emails were then ignored and when I called up to query the invoice, the negotiation officer was rude and combatative. And if all that wasn't enough, just a few weeks ago we were copied into an email detailing all the private information of a current tenant, therefore breaching GDPR. Special mention to the one person that actually did her job well and was proffesional, I wish I could remember her name. I recommend she leaves to join a company that actually respects the job they are paid to do and their tenants. The one thing I can thank Belvoir for is for sending an email out reminding me to leave a review. Much appreciated.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
