This is the second time we have used Newton Fallowell to sell a property. We came to market at a difficult time with a lot of uncertainty due to the economy and rising inflation and interest rates. Neil completed our valuation and gave us an honest review and supported the views with evidence of other sales in the area. Ultimately we sought the top end of the valuation and it took sometime to sell achieving a reasonable price in the market conditions . We found a variance in the team in engagement and communication, however team members were very supportive in supporting our house search completing reports on houses we viewed and going out their way to get local knowledge to inform valuations and our submission of a best and final offer on another property . In essence the service provided was very good and I would certainly consider using the team again .
