They let people into your rented home without asking you first.

Damon, I can see that we did have an issue in 2020 when trying to renew a gas safety certificate for which we did apologise for. I note that you have since moved on. If this is an issue that is still of concern please contact the office to discuss further.

a complete disappointment , I think the offer (160.000) we put on property not even been but forward and not told to the landlord, we waited 3 weeks and we were not informed at all , 3 weeks later we called and found out that the property was sold for £1,000 more than the price we offered (£161.000) we was happy to go up to £170.000 but never been informed , I think they quietly sold it to someone they know , not very reliable , not very professional TOTALLY WRONG

Volkan I am sorry you felt that you have been dealt with unfairly. Your offer was put forward to the vendor but due to the position you were in the vendor did not want to accept it. In the meantime another offer was put in by someone in a very strong position which was immediately accepted by the vendor. Unfortunately once you were in a position for the vendor to consider your offer it had already been sold. The property was not sold to anyone we know it was a genuine purchase and my colleagues have been in touch to try and offer you another opportunity we have recently have got on the market.

Don't want to waste too much time talking about this letting agency...I have far better things to do than let them misuse my time. Viewed a property and told the agent I was a full time carer for my daughter and that I have been renting the same property for over six years. The house we viewed ticked all the boxes and so forms were duly filled in. This was on a Thursday....I rang them on the following Monday..to be immediately told that I was not a suitable tenant because I was unemployed. Maybe they should get to know their landlords criteria first.

Mr Baker, i am sorry that you feel you have been let down by Sutherland Reay however, as the landlord is our client have to follow their instructions. We don’t discriminate as an agent so we put all applications forward but we had a lot of interested parties and ultimately it’s the landlord’s decision and they wanted to proceed with someone else. There is currently a lot of strain in the rental market as a lot of landlords have decided to sell which means there are more people looking for properties and there are fewer properties available. Unfortunately this means there have been a number of perfectly good applicants who have had to miss out on properties

Terribly unprofessional. Had a viewing on a property cancelled 90 minutes before it was due to take place. I can’t view that property now before the closing date for sealed bids.

We are sorry you are unhappy, The property you wished to view was taken off the Market by the Vendor because of a serious issue with the property so unfortunately we had no choice other than to cancel the viewing.

Very unprofessional and rude. Still waiting on a number of promised callbacks from ages ago. Easier to contact sellers directly than to go through Sutherland Reay who will 'fob' you off and provide incorrect information. Would not deal with them in the future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

This place has appalling customer service. I was told to shut up, I was asked if it was my children who were letting the property ,in front of them, (they are 24) and asked to leave the shop😡 …

and the 1 star is because I cant give 0. the manager is a arrogant disrespectful individual who should not be allowed to work within the environment. hard working couples who do everything that was asked get discriminated by him after other members say everything is fine and should be spot on. what a joke. ruined my faith in estate agents!!!!

Another terrible review for was trying to rent a property and as a prospective Tennant sometimes are made to feel like second class citizen although both myself and partner work very hard in the civil service for what we have didn't think somebody could be so rude after being let down on viewing by the agent to not returning calls or emails then to call a final time to be spoken to in a codisending manner would be zero too.
